Who we are
SPS Law Group LLP is a Saskatchewan law firm based at 806 Victoria Avenue in Regina, serving clients across the province, from Regina and Saskatoon to Moose Jaw, Prince Albert, Swift Current, Yorkton and the smaller communities that Saskatchewan's newcomers call home. This site, Saskatchewan Immigration Lawyers, is the firm's dedicated immigration practice.
Our lawyers, Bhavan Jaggi and Satinder Pal Singh, are licensed by the Law Society of Saskatchewan and appear before federal and provincial courts, the Immigration and Refugee Board, the Immigration Appeal Division and government departments including IRCC. Bhavan is also recognized as a lawyer in the Union of India, and Satinder built his courtroom experience at Merchant Law Group LLP before becoming a partner here.
Why we do this work
Most of our clients are facing decisions that will shape their family's future in Canada: an SINP application, a spouse waiting overseas, a work permit holding a career together, or a criminal charge that puts status at risk. We've built the firm around three commitments:
- Lawyers on every file. Your case is handled by a licensed lawyer, never handed off to unlicensed staff. When a file goes wrong, we're the ones who can actually stand in Federal Court to fix it.
- Your language. Consultations in English, Punjabi and Hindi, because you should never have to argue for your future through a translation app.
- Straight answers. If your case is weak, we tell you before you spend money, not after.
What we practise
Canadian immigration law end to end: the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program, Express Entry, family sponsorship, work permits, citizenship, and appeals, judicial review and removal defence. And a combined criminal defence and immigration practice that protects non-citizens facing charges, because the wrong plea can be a deportation order in disguise.
